THE TWO GENESIS - TWO ACCOUNTS OF CREATION - TWO BEGINNINGS
WHY ARE THERE TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS OF CREATION?
In Genesis 1 God CREATED mankind in His image and likeness. In Genesis 2 God FORMED a man that He took from the earth and MOLDED him to be a SPIRITUAL MAN by breathing the Holy Spirit into his nostrils.
(Genesis 1:27, 28) 27 So God CREATED MAN in his own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish THE EARTH, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. (Earth)
(Genesis 2:7) And the LORD God FORMED MAN of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul. (Garden of Eden)
In Genesis 1 God told His creation to eat from every fruit-bearing tree that is upon the whole face of the earth. In Genesis 2 God constructed a special garden where he took one of the CREATED MAN from Genesis 1, and FORMED HIM into a spiritual being by breathing into his nostrils the Holy Spirit, and was told he could eat from all the fruit bearing trees in the garden, EXCEPT ONE. The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
HERE, GOD TELLS MANKIND ON EARTH TO EAT FROM EVERY HERB BEARING SEED WHICH IS UPON THE FACE OF ALL THE EARTH.
(Genesis 1:29) And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you, it shall be for meat. (Earth)
HERE, GOD TELLS ADAM AND EVE, WHO ARE IN THE SPECIAL GARDEN GOD CREATED FOR THEM, THAT THEY MAY EAT FREELY FROM EVERY TREE THAT IS IN THE SPECIAL GARDEN, EXCEPT FROM ONE, THE FRUIT OF THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL.
(Genesis 2:16, 17) 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. (Garden of Eden)
END OF THE 7th DAY:
In Genesis 1, God created the HEAVENS and also the EARTH, and all the hosts in them, in 6 days and rested on the 7th day.
(Genesis 2:2-4) And on the seventh day, God ended his work which he had made, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it: because in it He had rested from all his work which God CREATED and MADE. 4 These are THE GENERATIONS OF THE HEAVENS and of THE EARTH when they were CREATED, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens.
BEGINNING OF THE 8th DAY:
(Genesis 2:1) Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
In Genesis 2, God created a special garden where He wanted to MOLD a people that were to be special just for him and call them His Chosen.
Now, this is the 8th day, when God took a man that He CREATED in Genesis 1 and MOLDED him to be a special generation, chosen to be His special people. Otherwise, how can this man be alone when God already created both male and female in His Image and likeness and told them to multiply and fill the EARTH? Therefore, God took one of His CREATION and MOLDED him to be a special people unto Himself.
(Genesis 2:18) 18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
Because God had already CREATED mankind, "Created He them, male and female", to live upon the whole face of the earth, now God decided that Adam also needs a helpmate in the special garden that God created just for His special people that were MOLDED by God.
AND HERE'S THE PROOF:
One of the most powerful analogies in the Bible regarding our transformation and sanctification in the Lord has to be the analogy of the potter and the clay. The Bible says that God is the Potter and we are the clay.
God is called THE POTTER, and His chosen are THE CLAY which God FORMED from the dust of the earth.
(Isaiah 64:8) But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
(Jeremiah 18:6) O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.
THESE ARE THE TRUE CHILDREN OF GOD AND THEY ARE HOLY just as their Father is Holy:
(Deuteronomy 7:6) For thou art a holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.
(Deuteronomy 14:2) For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
(Romans 9:20, 21) 20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? 21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honor, and another unto dishonor?
Those that are born again of the Spirit are called the sons of God. They are not called "gods", but chosen special children that belong to the Most High God.
(Psalm 82:6) I have said,
Ye are gods, and all of you are children of the most high.
(Acts 17: 11, 12) These were nobler than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so. 12 Therefore many of them believed; also of honorable women which were Greeks, and of men, not a few.
WHAT DOES THE 8TH DAY SYMBOLIZES IN THE BIBLE?
(Leviticus 9:1) And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called Aaron and his sons, and the elders of Israel;
(Exodus 22:29) “Likewise you shall do with your oxen and your sheep. It shall be with its mother seven days; on the eighth day you shall give it to Me.”
(Genesis 17:10, 11) 10 “He who is eight days old among you shall be circumcised.”
Being circumcised on the eighth day was symbolic of being in complete submission to God.
Today, we know physical circumcision is not required for salvation for all people (Acts 15), but it is also true that circumcision is a symbol of our spiritual commitment and focus. Paul wrote, “For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God”

(2 Corinthians 2-4) 2 Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. 3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; 4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.
Renowned genetics expert proves the existence of Adam and Eve through DNA research: "One of the most compelling genetic pieces of evidence for an original human couple created by God is mitochondrial DNA research done by creation geneticist, Dr. Nathaniel Jeanson," she shared. "He clearly shows that the common human female ancestor of us all (biblical Eve) lived within the biblical timeframe of several thousand years ago." https://www.christiantoday.com/article/renowned.genetics.expert.proves.existence.of.adam.and.eve.through.dna.research/60539.htm
